8oz. Sour Cream
1 stick oleo, softened
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 lg can Cream Style Corn
l lg can Whole Kernel Corn, do not drain.
Beat eggs. Add sour cream and oleo. Mix in the Jiffy corn muffin mix. Mix in the two cans of corn, including the liquid. Bake in a 2 1/2 qt. dish. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. By Bobbie Cutter of Swartz Creek.
